Noble Jacks make the kind of brilliantly catchy alt-country music (with a folk-rock undertow) that begs to be experienced live. It bursts forward with a stream of restless and rallying energy; their big anthemic songs are affirming stuff, their melodies are made to bang your foot on the ground to. Their faultless vocals, infectious fiddle charge and the roaring combination of guitar and harmonica are central to their sound.

2017 has seen them relentlessly touring and stompin’ their way round the British folk scene with sold out headline shows and appearing at major festivals including Glastonbury, Cambridge Folk Festival and Costa Del Folk (Portugal).

This rip-roaring alt-folk band brings a roof raising energy to its live shows, imbuing its heartfelt, anthemic songs with feelgood folky footstompin’ rhythms and vivid lyricism. Exhilarating to hear. _________________________________________________________________

This is the kind of brilliantly catchy alt-country music (with a folk-rock undertow) that begs to be experienced live. It bursts forward with a stream of restless and rallying energy; their big anthemic songs are affirming stuff, their melodies made to bang your foot on the ground to. And central to their sound is the soaring and infectious fiddle charge, faultless lead vocals, roaring and rocky guitar and blues wailing harmonica.

A hugely enjoyable and delightfully rough soundscape.

‘Wit with wisdom, you should investigate Noble Jacks.’ fRoots Magazine
