Residing in Warwickshire, Lauren South is an accomplished singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist renowned for her original compositions and traditional melodies. With the accompaniment of tenor guitar, fiddle, and shruti box, her songs exude heartfelt emotion and vivid imagery, drawing inspiration from her passion for the nocturnal heavens, the natural world, and her journey through motherhood.

Lauren will be joined by guest musicians John ParkerEllie Gowers, Keith Donnelly and Ben Haines at this very special one-off evening celebrating the launch of her album, Tiny Boat.

WatlingStreet are Anne Beeson, Phil Benson, and Pete McParland.

Separately, they have been singing for as long as they can remember, and together, on and off, since the mid 2010s.

They formed the new band in September 2023, in order to become the residents at Atherstone Folk Club.
