‘Four strings and a favourite chocolate bar: that’s all James Hill – “possibly the best ukelele player in the world” (Waikato Times) – and Anne Janelle – “a cellist of true beauty” (Ottawa Citizen) – had in common when they first met.  It was more than enough.’

The Sheep Dip Sessions are intimate house concerts with some of the finest acoustic musicians on the circuit in Princethorpe, Warwickshire. These are occasional house concerts, hosted by Michael & Dee down at the sheep dip in Princethorpe, Warwickshire.  We host about six a year.  

A house concert is an opportunity to hear travelling professional musicians in a small intimate setting.  Maximum size of audience just over 35-40.  House concerts are popular in the  U.S.  We first heard of the idea from Dana & Susan Robinson – who have now played the Sheep Dip Sessions twice.
